Attendees can now see a common…This adds functionality of an in-page whiteboard in Google Meet real-time video conferences. Attendees can now see a common whiteboard and collaboarte on it together without leaving the GMeet page. This is an effective alternate to JAMBoard (which opens in a popup and users need the link to access the content.)
Features of this whiteboard include a draggable modal with a whiteboard mounted on it which is connected to our servers at https://extension.webug.space with websockets. The whiteboard has a good amount basic utilites including their keybindings as follows:
C : Clear the board
D : Download the canvas as a PDF file
[R, G, B, Y] : Choose a pen of red, green, blue, and yellow colour respectively
P: Use pen (black stroke)
E: Eraser
] : Increase the stroke width of the pen
[ : Decrease the stroke width
