While you browse the internet, if you load a jpeg image that contains an embedded serial number, that serial number is submitted to the stolencamerafinder database.

We have no interest is exposing personal data and take active steps to try to prevent it. However, it must be understood that by using this plugin, any images you view in the browser could be listed in search results. For example, if you view an image online that is only secure in the sense that the url is hard to guess, it may end up being listed in the results.
