На страницах новостей рядом с "никами" пользователей располагаются инструменты для добавления/удаления этого пользователя в ваш список игнорирования. Скрытые сообщение имеют кнопки для показа/скрытия блокированного сообщения.
Информация о списке и входящих в него пользователях хранится в локальном хранилище браузера никуда не отправляется и никак не обрабатывается. Таким образом список "браузерозависим" т.е. работает на том браузере, где был создан.
Синхронизации списка между браузерами (пока?) нет
