Simplified book-lender management

This tool was designed for a specific educational use-case, to allow teachers to keep track of book-lending from their classroom shelves. It requires a barcode scanner to function, and works best if your students have barcoded ID cards that they can use, as well. Scan books to add them to your library. Subsequent scans allow you to check that book out to students, either by scanning their ID card, or typing in their name. The lease for that book is stored until you scan the book again, at which point the book is marked returned. Note that this system does not support duplicate barcodes, so if you have two or more copies of a book, you should print out and attach unique barcodes to each copy.
