This application takes the guess work and human error out of calculating which type of leave is to be paid to the associate/employee. You enter in their pay rate, how many hours annual leave, how many "standard" hours pay and then put the the remaining hours at the penalty percentage rate and click on Submit. Once you click on submit, you can click on "Clear" and it will refresh the calculator for you to start again. Any questions, please contact me :-)
