How to do:
Settings -> extensions -> tick allow access to file URLs
僅作用於本機 TXT 檔案，直接將檔案拖曳或用 chrome 開啟，點下圖示即可套用
功能:
* 選擇布景
* 設置文字大小/字體/行高
* 記憶書籤位置(下次開啟可讀取上次同文件之位置)
*** 請務必開啟允許存取檔案網址 ***
開啟方式:
設定 -> 擴充功能 -> 勾取[允許存取檔案網址]
