To connect the App, start by selecting your document in Google Docs. Go to the More > Open with > Connect more Apps and search for PDFfiller. Click Connect on the PDFfiller App to add it. To use the PDFfiller Google App, simply select a supported document in Google Drive, then click More > Open With > PDFfiller. A fillable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor. Take advantage of PDFfiller’s powerful tools to deliver PDF documents.

Try our powerful document editing tools first. When you’ve finished editing a form in the PDFfiller editor, you have a lot of options. You can email your form to anyone via pMail or standard email, send your form to a mobile device via SMS, or even fax your form to any US fax number.

When you’ve finished editing a document, click “Done”, then select “Email/SMS” on the next page. You can also send it from “My Documents” by selecting the document and clicking “Email/SMS” on the right. On the Email/SMS page, enter your recipient’s email address, then add a personalized subject and message if desired. You can also select or deselect pages before sending as desired. To send the document, click “Send Email” at the top of the page. Recipients will receive an email with a link and PIN to download the document, which will be saved directly to their computer. We’ll also send you an email notification when the document has been accessed.

You can also fax a document directly from PDFfiller, just click “Done” while the document is still open in the editor, then select “Fax”. Alternatively, you can select a document in “My Documents”, then click “Fax” on the right. Start by entering your recipient’s fax number and information. Add a custom subject and message. To add or remove pages, use the checkboxes on each page preview, or use the “Select All” and “Unselect All” buttons. Click the “Send Fax” button to queue your fax to be sent. This only takes a few minutes and we’ll send you a confirmation email when the fax is delivered.

Sent faxes can be found by navigating to the “Sent Faxes” folder, inside the “Sent and History” folder located in “My Documents”. You can see each fax you’ve sent and its delivery status, and resend if necessary.
