Instantly search in Docs with PDFfiller's Google App. Edit, sign, save, share anytime, from any device! The PDFfiller Google Docs App enables you to quickly find a word or phrase in a document stored in Google Drive with just a few clicks. Simply select a supported document in Google Drive, then click More > Open With > PDFfiller. A fillable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor ready for you to add text, highlight, print, sign and more.
The app allows you to quickly spot the word or phrase you’re looking for in a document regardless of how often it appears or the length of the document.
To activate the Search tool, click the magnifying glass icon in the main toolbar or press CTRL F (or Command F on a Mac) on your keyboard. Type the text you want to find in the search field. The counter will show you the how many times the current search term is found in the document. You can instantly erase, blackout and highlight the text you are searching for.
To highlight the current search term, click Highlight. To black out the search term, click Blackout. If you want to delete the current search term and replace it with a new one, click Erase and type the new text in the empty place.
When you are done with editing, click the Done button and email, print or save your document.
***Please note that you must register for a free PDFfiller account to save your edited document (your original will remain in Google Drive), and a paid subscription is required to use some PDFfiller features.***
