Omnizens.com enables You to find and explore millions inter-connected information topics, providing new perspectives on information.Use Omnizens as your GoTo application for finding new and interesting information for your school assignment, either preparing it if you are a teacher or performing it if you are a student!

Omnizens is a new application enabling anyone who wish to find, understand, and explore knowledge in a more visual and interactive way. Omnizens hope to inspire to widened perspectives in the search and learning process.

Besides providing any invidual with an alternative to search engines and online encyclopedia, Omnizens hope to contribute to the learning process within education, for instance:

- Teachers using Omnizens to find new interesting information about an area or topic or give assignments to students where a topic can be explored more creatively and with different perspectives.

- Students using Omnizens to find information differentiating their work from other students, even though the same topic might be explored.

Tips on how to use Omnizens:

- Search for a topic of interest. Get a grip of the topic by the overview provided, where related topics (directly or indirectly through similarities) are displayed. Use the Group view or filter to narrow down what topics are displayed related to your search criteria or simply hover a topic and click Explore to go to another interesting topic.

- Enter a number of search criteria to get a list of matching topics. Example: In the search field, if you enter "Military conflict", then "1800-1900", and then "Virginia" you will get a "list" of wars and battles matching those criteria. Note: When you enter a search term we will provide alternatives in a drop-down. Make sure you find the alternative that best suits your criteria, for instance finding "Virginia (location)".
