• Single Sign-On
miniOrange provides secure access to Google Apps for enterprises and full control over access of Google Apps application. Single Sign On (SSO) into your Google Apps account with one set of login credentials.
You can enable Single Sign On functionality by entering User IPs and Network Mask and clicking on to Enable Single Sign On button. If no value specifies then SSO functionality will be applied to entire network.
• IP Restriction
User authentication can be restricted based on users IP Addresses. We have provided an option where user can save list of IPs he wants to allow login to. Multiple IPs can be added with semicolon separated (;). By default this is disabled. You can enable it and save list of IPs to make user login more secure.
• Device based restriction:
Device restriction policy sets limit on number of devices from which user can access the account. This ensures that user can login only from his or her device and no one else can login to users account even if he or she knows the credentials.
• Location based restriction:
With location based restriction user can setup policy to configure list of allowed locations and blocked locations. This will be needed in a case where you want to restrict your application access to specific locations and removing risk of attacks by blocking all other locations.
• Two Factor Authentication
miniOrange 2 Factor Authentication supports widest range of strong authentication methods like One Time Passcodes, Security questions, etc., helps you increase the security of your resources at minimum cost.
• Manage Users
Click on Manage Users option provided on the dashboard, this will redirect you to miniOrange users list. Here you can add, delete, update existing user details. Also, it has Add User option to add users manually and Export Users, this will give you a file containing a list of all users in .csv format.
• Password Sync
It will automatically keeps your users passwords in sync with their active directory passwords. It will never changes active directory password; it only syncs Active Directory password changes to your organization's Google Account.
• Multi-Domain Support
Configure separate settings for your Google Apps primary domain and each secondary domain.
• Google Organizational Units (OUs)
Google Organizational Units (OUs) are typically used to grant access to various resources within Google Apps, such as access to Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Google Apps Marketplace. It can be used to restrict access to all google apps and allow selective access to few of the apps. By default, all users belong to your account's top-level organization. But you can move a user to a sub organization you create. The user can then access the features and services available to that suborganization.

3. You can also watch a history of administrator activation, including what changes administrators made to G suite resources (Preview).
You can follow the steps below to enable Google Apps Single Sign On (SSO) with few clicks.
1. Click on Launch.
2. Login with your GSuite admin account.
3. Click on "Enable SSO" button.
4. Go to "IP restriction" menu and click on "Enable IP restriction" and configure the list of IP addresses you want to allow.
5. Go to Manage Users and add any test user other than admin.
6. Go to gmail.com and try login with the user you added in step 5.
