You have a limited amount of time. Within this time you have to kill as many as zombies. When the level gets higher, number of Zombies gets higher. Thus killing all of them gets difficult. But it presents you the opportunity to kill many ones at once. Once the time is up, one of them will drop a detonator to kill you. So make sure you kill as many of them.
