RNA Secondary Structure Visualizationforna is a RNA secondary structure visualization tool which is feature rich, easy to use and beautiful. It allows you to display and edit RNA secondary structures structures directly in the browser without installing any software.
To see a demo of the functionality click on 'Add Molecule' and then 'Submit'. This shows an example secondary structure. Note that the secondary structure is not a necessary input. If one is not provided, the minimum free energy (MFE) structure will be calculated for the given sequence using RNAfold. For more examples, including editing structures, adding custom coloring information, circular RNAs and PDB files, please see the Gallery (http://nibiru.tbi.univie.ac.at/forna/gallery.html)
