If you connected a bank account or signed up for "Bill Me Later", whenever you start to pay, Paypal defaults to bank account or Bill Me Later, and makes it difficult to choose other options. This cuts out some of the steps by immediately browsing to the payment options form and selecting Credit Card.

No forms are automatically submitted and this extension doesn't do anything with your payment information besides the above; no information is ever sent to any server, besides what Paypal ordinarily sends to itself.
