Replaces characters like - and ' with their proper typographical equivalents.A simple, zero-configuration extension to convert simple quotes, dashes etc. like ' and -- with their proper typographical equivalents. It also tries to accommodate edge cases like "the ’80s were amazing", and won't touch text that is probably computer code, such as that inside <code> elements, or things that look like JSON.
