Set of settings for youtube.Simple global options for youtube.
Options overview:
1) Disable annotations. By default this option is enabled for each video, this little option disables annotations forever(or enables).
2) Pause video when opens page. By default video is played when you open new youtube clip, this little option pause it on start(or not if disabled).
NOTE: plugin works only for interface languages - US, UK, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and German
