This fixes Empire Ave missions page reverting it back to the old style!=========

Revert back to the old missions page! Presently it only reverts back the Missions page but we hope to have the rest of the site changed back to the previous version soon!

Also this allows you to hide the missions which have requirements!

The missions page was one of the worst parts because the new design is so horrible it results in less people doing missions and is a lot harder to do. This reverts back to the old version (with some minor visual improvements)! Enjoy!
