For example, say you are at
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0304393201000794

Then, just by clicking on the Stockholm university symbol, you will be redirected to
http://www.sciencedirect.com.ezp.sub.su.se/science/article/pii/S0304393201000794/
and can (after logging in) access the full article.

This script works for most journals, but not all.
