To use PDFfiler Chrome Extension in Gmail, navigate to a PDF attachment, and click the fill button. Use PDFfiller to change the order of pages in your document and share via email or SMS. Or, search for a document you need and an orange fill button will appear next to any PDFs in the results. Easily change the order of pages, email or fax your documents. You can even add a PDF directly from a website. Just click the orange fill button and the linked PDF will open in PDFfiller, where you can change the order of pages in your documents.

In PDFfiller online editor, you can find the pages preview panel on left. Select there the thumbnail of the page you would like to move; then, use the up or down arrow icon on the toolbar at the top of the pages preview panel. Every time you click the up or down arrow, the page will move respectively one step up or down. You can also use the “Restore” button to return all pages to their original positions.
