Removes premieres from Youtube results since they're annoying.NoMoPromo removes results from the Youtube subscriptions page which are links to "premieres". I personally want my subscriptions page to be a simple chronological list of videos I've subscribed to - the link to something I couldn't see yet was annoying. So I removed them.
