It is used primarily to bypass the blocking of Wikipedia and Imgur in Turkey.It is used primarily to bypass the blocking of Wikipedia, Imgur and Pastebin in Turkey.
It uses the portals Zwikipedia, Imgurp and Pastebinp to bypass. No additional VPN etc. will be used, and so this is fully legal.
