Disables the download bar at bottom of windowHides the downloads toolbar shelf from the bottom of the window and replaces it with a toolbar button which opens the downloads tab (similar to Firefox).
On laptop displays the default downloads shelf that appears is too large and distracting. Now it can be disabled!
