Youtube Suggestion Blocker

Hide the suggestions when watching video on Youtube- Hides the suggestions sidebar
- Prevents the suggestions at the end of the video displaying
- Hides comments
- Allows you to set a quota
- Fine tune control over the options

I've written this plugin to prevent myself from wasting hours on Youtube. I didn't want to block youtube completely as sometimes I need it for work, but the suggestions can be devious in sucking you in.

It has helped me a lot already, so I'm sharing it so it might help others. It's my first plugin and the first release so feel free to leave any comments and suggestions.
