Use this to translate to the language of your choice, to start - Korean - default for ch2ch - to English2013-02-18: at the request of the users, the homepage (first.asp) key elements have been translated to English.
2013-01-23: at the request of the users, the first 3 sections of the left-menu and a couple items in section 4 (Manual) have been translated.
2013-01-07: I submitted a sample ticket issue in the test-instance of OTRS.
