Replaces the User ID text with a user's name in Github Enterprise.This extension fixes the issue where your displayed name in Github Enterprise is your SSO login. This `should` be a drop-in use for any company, just set the URL to your Github Enterprise API URL and pass in a Regex string that is what the SSO login should match on.
