Instantly collaborate on PDF projects with PDFfiller extension. Edit, sign, save, share anytime, anywhere, from any device! The PDFfiller Google Chrome extension enables you to share and collaborate on PDF projects in PDFfiller with one click. Save time by eliminating the need to download attachments, save and search for files, or upload documents to your account!
Simply click the “Fill” button when it appears on an email attachment or online and an editable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor ready for you to edit and share.
To use PDFfiller’s Chrome Extension in Gmail, select a PDF attachment and click the Fill button. Use PDFfiller to edit, share, and email your document. Alternatively, you can search for the document you need and an orange fill button will appear next to any PDFs in the search results. You can even add a PDF directly from a website. Just click the orange fill button and the linked PDF will open in PDFfiller.
You can also use our powerful document editing tools to share and collaborate with others on your document. When you’ve finished editing your document, click the “Done” button then open the “Share” tab. There, you will find a number of options of sharing your document. You can give other PDFfiller users access to the document. Once logged in, they will be able to edit the document or sign it, and changes will be visible to all collaborators in real time. Click the “Share” button, add your first recipient, then click “Add Another Recipient” to add up to 9 more. Set “Full access”, “Read only”, or “Signature” access for each recipient with the drop-down to the right of their name. You can personalize the subject or message sent with your request by typing over the default text for respective field. To send your invitation to collaborate, click “Share” at the bottom of the page. We’ll send invitees an email with a direct link to the document. Collaborators can make changes based on the permissions you set for them and can print, save, or send the document when they’re done editing.
To view shared document settings and changes, go to “Sent and History”, then “Share History” in “My Documents”. Each invitation and its access level is available at a glance on this page. Select a document and click “Open” to see changes that your collaborators have made, continue editing the shared document yourself, or print, save, or send the document. Select the document in “My Documents” and click “Settings” to add or remove collaborators or to modify permissions.
With PDFfiller’s new Google Chrome extension, sharing PDF documents online has never been easier! In addition, you can create, edit, sign, or annotate your documents with PDFfiller’s powerful online tools.
