Alternatively, you can search for the document you need and an orange fill button will appear next to any PDFs in the search results. Easily sign, email or fax your PDF documents. You can even add a PDF directly from a website -- just click the orange fill button and the linked PDF will open in PDFfiller, where you can redact your documents.

In PDFfiller online editor, click the "Blackout" button. Click the slider in the toolbar to change the thickness of the line. And drag the cursor and redact the content you want to blackout. If you change your mind, click the trash can icon to delete your edits.
