Allows Twitch streamers to notifi their viewers whenever they want.This extension works as counterpart for free 'Pleb Summoner' android application. It allows registered streamers to notify thier viewer base when every they want (for example shortly before they start stream or when they have something interesting going on).

It allows them to send long text notifications, incuding links. Users of android application are instatly notified.

Streamer can see number of notified devices as well as number of successufly delivered notifications.
