Add a bang (!) at the end of your search (in the omnibox) to open the first Google ResultNow you can just add a bang (!) at the end of your search from the omnibox (AKA url bar) and open the first result! Just like "I'm feeling lucky" used to work, but better.
You can also click the back button and get the normal Google results, like magic!
