- добавляет в контекстное меню для любого выделенного текста 1 пункт "translate en-ru", чтобы удобней было открывать google-translate (открывается в новом окне перевод выделенного текста)
- данное слово запоминается в ВАШЕМ локальном словаре
- слова из словаря показываются в случайном в определенным периодом(от минуты до 1 раз в 30 минут)
- слова из словаря можно удалять (импорт/экспорт словарей пока не дописан но вроде работает)
- слова показываются через notification, с одной стороны слова будут показываться даже если браузер свернут, с другой - к сожалению нельзя сделать более менее покрасивее эти попапчики.
