To post a job to any Job Site:

1. Log in to the desired Job Site using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Post Job section.
3. Click the RecruiterKit Spring icon.
4. Select the job to be posted.
5. Modify field mappings, if necessary.
6. Click “Copy”. The selected details are copied to the Job Board form.
7. Post the job.
8. Access all applications in RecruiterKit.

To parse a resume from any Job Site:

1. Log in to the RecruiterKit site using your credentials.
2. Go to the candidate profile.
3. Click Ctrl+A to select the text from candidate’s resume.
4. Click the RecruiterKit Spring icon.
5. The Resume Parser window will get displayed with the information.
6. Select a job for association with candidate.
7. Click “Add Candidate”. The selected details will get captured in RecruiterKit.
8. Access the candidate details from RecruiterKit any time.
