Sokhan, smart screen reader for the visually impaired or blind, in more than 26 languages.Sokhan, smart screen reader for the visually impaired or blind, adds screen reading capability to the browser in 26 languages. Sokhan automatically detects the language on a website and adds screen reading in the native language.

Sokhan is mostly controlled via mouse, but also reads out special fields like inputs, buttons and links on tab focus. The user has the option to choose between a male or female voice and can temporarily pause the screen reader, change the voice speed and repeat last spoken utterance.

The following languages are currently available: English, Dutch (Nederlands), Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), French (Français), Japanese (日本語), Indian (हिन्दी), German (Deutsch), Swedish (Svenska), Italian (Italiano), Arabic (العربية), Spanish (Español), Romanian (Română), Portuguese (Português), Thai (ไทย), Slovakian (Slovenčina), Hungarian (Magyar), Polish (Polski), Chinese (中文), Greek (Ελληνικά), Turkish (Türkçe), Danish (Dansk), Czech (Čeština), Finish (Suomi), Korean (한국어), Norwegian (Norsk) and Russian (Русский).

More languages will be added as they become available and the extension will be improved in later version.
