MFI Filter for Kiva

Hides loans of selected MFIs.This extension is neither official nor in any way related to Kiva Microfunds.

- hides loans of selected MFIs (Micro-finance Institutes)
- highlights favorite Kiva Partners
- shows Kiva Partner ratings
- all Kiva Field Partners can be automatically imported and with a click on the check-box enabled/disabled (inclusive comment field)
- address bar icon shows the amount of hidden loans
- Auto import of AASFSHNR MFI ratings
