Oliv can manage your Slack status, Do Not Disturb settings and auto respond to messages on your behalf.

It supports 6 unique types of events: Meetings, Focus time, Travel, WFH, Short Out of Office (for within day events like Doctor appointments) and Long Office Hours (for those vacations that you deserve ;)). There is also an additional “custom” event type, which you can use for your needs that don’t fall into the above event categories.

For each event type, you can customize the Slack status update text and emoji, toggle Slack “Do Not Disturb” and toggle the Slack auto responder with a customized message at the preferences page. You can also tweak these settings for every individual and recurring events directly in your calendar.

For example, you can:
* Enable “Do Not Disturb” during meetings
* Create blocks of focus time on your calendar with “Do Not Disturb” and a auto responder that responds to your mentions on Slack channels
* Customize your template for Out of Office auto responses, and so on.

== Schedule meetings with ease ==

Oliv makes it easy to schedule meetings within and across organizations by automatically considering availability, timezones and upcoming plans (PTO, etc.) for all participants. For larger meetings, you can even mark some attendees optional and Oliv prioritizes times that work for the required attendees.

Oliv also adds rooms of the right size to your meetings automatically for you.

When your colleagues use Oliv as well, Oliv automatically considers your plans like out of office, travel, etc. when offering them meeting time suggestions.
