Parses a Github repo for PR templates, adding a picker to the PR 'Create' view that will update the create description field.Github pull request templates customize and standardize the information expected when contributors create pull requests. Not all PRs require the same information, though. This plugin allows you to select a template to use when creating a PR.

Repo owners can add multiple templates to the repo's root, or in the .github folder also in the repo root. Templates should be named like so:

PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE<template name>.md

Any template named "PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md" will be used by Github/this plugin as the default. For more information, see this Github help post https://help.github.com/articles/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository/
