BaconSync provides visited link synchronization and link sending between reddit.com and Baconit for Windows Phone.BaconSync is an extension that works with Baconit for Windows Phone that allows users to seamlessly synchronize visited links on reddit.com between their web browsers and their phones. BaconSync also allows users to send any web page directly to their phone for instant viewing.

BaconSync only works with Baconit for Windows Phone, and will soon be available for all major browsers.
