*** Usage ***
-Tab or Down Arrow: move down through bookmarks
-Tab+Shift or Up Arrow: move up through bookmarks
-Shift+Alt, Click, or Right Arrow: edit tags of highlighted bookmark
-Enter or Click: open highlighted bookmark in current tab
-Ctrl+Enter or Ctrl+Click: open bookmark in new tab

*** Tips ***
Set a hot key to launch Bookly:
1. Go to chrome://extensions
2. At the bottom of the page click 'Keyboard shortcuts'
3. Under the Bookly section, click on the input box then type your hot keys.
