Easily correlate New Relic APM metrics with logs from the Logentries service - in one click!The New Relic Plug-in for Logentries allows users to integrate valuable New Relic APM metrics with deep, log-level visibility from Logentries. With this plug-in, New Relic users can easily see all of their most relevant logs in a centralized location and perform quick, easy analysis for faster time to resolution.

When a user identifies a performance issue within New Relic app, they can click on the “Search Logentries” button to initiate an automated search of their Logentries account over the same time period (see screenshot below). Additionally, any highlighted text will be passed in the search parameters to Logentries. The Logentries search will be initiated in a new tab within the same Chrome browser window so users will not lose their existing work.

With the Logentries’ New Relic Plug-in, you can:
• Easily go from high level to log-level with automated searches across New Relic and Logentries at the same time.
• Instantly trigger a Logentries search based on a new exception or other criteria defined within New Relic.
• Identify the relevant log events that occurred before and after the exception for quicker root cause analysis.
