A tool that injects alt tags into the title tag of images. If an alt tag does not exist, the tooltip will read '!!!'ALTer is a tool that injects alt text into the title tag for images. Hover over any element with an 'img' tag, that image will dim by 50% and a tool tip will appear that displays the text of the alt tag. Toggle the tool off and on by clicking the icon in your toolbar.
