Adds a simple refresh button (tab) to the Devtools window.Why? Sometimes you just want a refresh button in your devtools window instead of moving your hand from chin to keyboard for a `cmd + R`. Or maybe you're so deep into devtools with _many_ windows open and you simply can't quickly navigate to the current inspected window.
