Shows the apps list when opening a new tab, after a delay to allow typing a URL right away.Restores the previous Chrome behavior for opening new tabs: shows the list of installed apps instead of the search page.
Waits a little before showing the app list to avoid losing the URL bar selection, allowing to press Ctrl+T and type a URL right away.
