2. 리스트 / 상세 / 댓글에서 차단/메모가 가능합니다.
3. 특정유저의 글을 빈공백으로 보이게 해줍니다.
4. 대상유저의 닉네임이 바뀌어도 차단/메모는 유지됩니다.
