Support side-by-side diffs in Github, and other improvements to Github's diff viewer.Features include:
Show more context: Increase the number of lines that are shown around insertions and deletions to get more context about the changes.
Side-by-side view: View diffs so that insertions and deletions are side-by-side rather than the default inline view.
