Turn a Chrome installation into a digital signage board.Warning: This app is still in alpha. Functionality should be there, but designs may be lacking. Chromeboard is a basic application that enables a Chrome/Chromium installation to cycle through websites. This can be used in conjunction with information websites to cycle them on an independent wallboard with an installation of Chrome available.
With the plugin page set as the homepage, this extension will run the rotation each time it is opened. Unlike a script-based method, the settings can be changed on-the-fly allowing you to change the rotation or duration without needing to disable the extension.
The plugin will allow you to:
• Rotate a number of websites full-screen in your browser.
• Operate on one host tab, preventing the app from making a busy tab bar.
• Specify the duration period between each tab.
• Change settings without having to leave the screen.
To open the tab page, click the extension icon on your Chrome toolbar.
To access settings on the rotations page, hover over the top-right most point of the screen to see the settings button. Settings window can be closed by clicking outside of the modal window.
