Simply click "Make it a Fuze Meeting" and the event will automatically include Fuze meeting details in your invitation. Any meetings you create in Google Calendar will also be displayed in the Fuze app.
How to Get Started:
Once Fuze for Google Calendar is installed, you will see a small notification in the top right corner of Chrome explaining that it has successfully installed. Visit Google Calendar at https://calendar.google.com, and click the "Create" button to create a new meeting. You will notice that there is a new line there called "Fuze", with a link that reads "Make it a Fuze Meeting". The first time you click that link, you will be prompted to sign in to Fuze. Use your Fuze credentials here. Once signed in, you will see that your Google Calendar event is now a Fuze meeting. It will include meeting information in the Meeting Details view. You can select whether you want it to be an Open, Private, or Webinar type meeting from the dropdown menu in the Fuze row. Once you've entered the guests you want to invite, you can then click save and Google will notify your guests via email. They will see the Fuze meeting details in the description area.
Known Issues:
- Any changes you make to your meetings from your Fuze app will not be reflected in Google Calendar. However, updates from Google Calendar will be reflected in your Fuze app.
- Meeting preferences set in Fuze will not be reflected in your Google Calendar invites. You will have to edit the description manually, and configure the meeting once it starts.
- Recurring meetings in Google Calendar will all have meeting invite links. You will only see the meeting once in the Fuze app.
