Works on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.Appraised! guides you through the minefield of house buying by informing you whether the asking price of the property you are viewing is above or below the average rate of house price inflation in the local area, based on the property's previous sale prices and data collected by the Land Registry on the sale price of other houses in the same area.

Using Appraised!, you can make more informed decisions on whether a property's asking price represents fair value by comparing the rate of inflation that the price is demanding against the rate of house price inflation for where it is situated.
