Expands all menu items in the Laravel documentation that are collapsed by default and removes adExpands Laravel documention menus as well as removes the ad. Recently the docs were changed so all menu items, except the one containing the current page, are collapsed by default. This breaks the built in browser search functionality, and makes it a general pain to move about the docs.
Hopefully this asinine change is removed in the future and this extension is no longer needed to fix such a rookie level disregard for basic UX.
