The user can 'chat' with multiple cellphones in parallel. Notifications inform you if you receive a message while working in another application, or while the LIve Chat app is minimised.
- Initiate a chat session with any SMS-enabled phone
- Save frequently used numbers as contacts
- Save frequently used responses as canned templates
- If your toll-free or landline number is SMS-enabled by us, anyone texting your number will trigger a new chat session in the Live Chat app.
