LazySecretary - Google Sheets add-on

Follow the steps in order for create new users in your Google Apps domain

Este complemento es una utilidad que ha sido desarrollada para crear usuarios en una cuenta de Google Apps para la Educación, aunque tambien puede ser usado para Google Apps for Work. Para utilizar este complemento debes cumplir dos requisitos:
- Tener cuenta de Administrador en un dominio de Google Apps.
- Tener privilegios para crear usuarios en todas las unidades organizativas de tu dominio.

Cuando instales el complemento, aparecerá en la barra de menús un nuevo apartado en el menú "Complementos". Si haces clic en "LazySecretary" > "Crear Usuarios", se abrirá una barra lateral que te guiará por el proceso de creación de los nuevos usuarios. Deberás seguir este orden:

- Inicializa la hoja. Esto eliminará todo el contenido de la misma y pondrá en la primera fila el nombre de los campos que tienes que rellenar.
- Rellena la hoja de cálculo. Algunos datos son obligatorios.
- Selecciona una unidad organizativa.
- Configura si quieres enviar correo de bienvenida.
- Crea los usuarios.

This add-on is an utility that has been developed for to create users in a Google Apps for Education account, although you can use it for a Google Apps for Work account too. For to use this add-on you must have:
- An Administrator account in a Google Apps domain
- Privileges for to create users in all of OU of your domain.

When you install the add-on, a new menu item appears in Add-ons menu, in the menu bar. If you click in "LazySecretary" > "Create Users", a sidebar will open for to guide you for all the process. You must do this in order:

- Initialize the sheet. This will clear all the content of the sheet and, also, puts the name of the fields that you have to fill in the first row.
- Fill out the sheet. Some fields are required.
- Choose an organizational unit.
- Set up if you want to send welcome email.
- Create users.
