Giflr

A modern web app for making or remaking animated GIF'sGiflr is good for making animated product demos, memes, an image-says-more-than-a-thousand-words, or just for adding some text or one more frame to a GIF you found elsewhere.

You can add images using your webcam, load some from your computer or add them from a URL – Giflr can do both still images and animated GIF's!

Editing with Giflr is much like working with Photoshop, except you don't have to download it or buy it, and it only has one hundreth of Photoshop's features.

Don't worry though, that hundreth is still enough to draw, add text, scale, move, rotate, mix multiple images or GIF's together, adjust speeds, size and playback direction. And after having cooked your GIF, it's stored in the ☁ (that's a cloud), meaning you get a URL to your GIF that you can share straight away.
