The "Tall Building Challenge" explores the relationship between Occupancy Classification and Construction Type.The "Tall Building Challenge" is a small educational game for Interior Design students that explores the relationship between Occupancy Classification and Construction Type.

The TBC is based on Table 503: Allowable Building Heights and Areas as found in the International Building Code. Table 503 shows the maximum number of stories and maximum square footage for a building of a given occupancy classification and type of building.
